BODYBYTYLER TERMS OF SERVICE

OVERVIEW
These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of products and services offered by BodybyTyler, including digital fitness programs, workout plans, ebooks, custom written training plans, virtual training, coaching, and related content.

By purchasing a product or service from BodybyTyler, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies available on this website.

FITNESS & HEALTH DISCLAIMER
BodybyTyler provides fitness, nutrition, and wellness information for educational and informational purposes. BodybyTyler services are not medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to participate in any exercise program. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning a new fitness or nutrition program if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, are recovering from an injury or surgery, take medication that may affect exercise or nutrition, or otherwise have concerns about participating safely.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate medical attention if you experience concerning symptoms during training.

INDIVIDUAL RESULTS
Individual results vary. BodybyTyler does not guarantee weight loss, muscle growth, body-composition changes, strength gains, or any other specific result. Results depend on numerous individual factors, including consistency, effort, nutrition, lifestyle, health, and adherence to the program.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital programs, workout plans, class replays, ebooks, guides, meal-planning materials, and other downloadable or electronically delivered materials are intended solely for the purchaser’s personal use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, publish, upload, copy, or provide your purchased BodybyTyler materials or access links to another person without written permission from BodybyTyler.

CUSTOM TRAINING PLANS
Clients purchasing a custom written training plan must complete the required client questionnaire and provide accurate information before the customized plan can be created.

Your plan will be developed using the information you provide. You are responsible for notifying BodybyTyler of relevant changes that may affect your ability to follow the program.

VIRTUAL TRAINING & COACHING
Virtual training sessions are scheduled according to the package purchased and trainer availability.

Each virtual training package includes one excused reschedule during that package. The rescheduled session must be arranged in advance and is subject to trainer availability.

After the one excused reschedule has been used, any additional sessions missed by the client are forfeited and will not be refunded, credited, transferred, or carried over to another package. Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will also result in that session being forfeited.

If BodybyTyler needs to reschedule a session, that change will not count as the client’s excused reschedule.

PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
Payment is required according to the price and terms displayed at checkout. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases are subject to the BodybyTyler Return & Refund Policy.

Digital products, customized services, and coaching purchases are generally non-refundable as described in that policy.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Exercise and physical activity involve inherent risks. By voluntarily participating in BodybyTyler workouts, programs, or training sessions, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for your participation and exercise choices, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to use appropriate judgment regarding exercise selection, resistance, intensity, equipment, and your physical abilities.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
BodybyTyler programs, videos, workouts, written materials, graphics, guides, recipes, ebooks, and other original content are owned by or licensed to BodybyTyler and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product gives you a limited right to use that product personally. It does not transfer ownership or grant permission to commercially reproduce or distribute BodybyTyler content.

PROHIBITED USE
You may not use BodybyTyler products, services, website content, or intellectual property for unlawful purposes, unauthorized resale or distribution, commercial copying, or infringement of BodybyTyler’s rights or the rights of others.

WEBSITE & SERVICE AVAILABILITY
BodybyTyler may update, modify, discontinue, or replace website content, programs, services, pricing, or features when appropriate. Changes will not eliminate rights that a customer already has under applicable law.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BodybyTyler will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its programs, services, or website. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Louisiana and the United States, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under other applicable law.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
BodybyTyler may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version published on the website at the time of use or purchase will apply as permitted by law.
